edutcher, they were both seated in Frank's Cal Neva Club in North Lake Tahoe. It was still a great place in the early 80's, then went down hill, and now it's condos I believe.
The other noticeable thing about the Sixties Ladies is that there are no obese or even fat slobs in that lineup. I graduated high school in '69 and there were two girls in my class considered "fat". Now a days they wouldn't come close to the blimps that I see every day.
A classroom whether fancy or not has yet to teach a child anything. It is all about the teachers, I wish these cities and towns would invest in better teachers.
In 1959 when I graduated I can't remember any fat people except for the mammoth football player who sat in front of me in most of my classes. I was lost behind him and most teachers rarely notice me back there. But there were 737 people in my graduating class. Hubby's graduating class had 14.
Had to get the old dude at the Dollar General. His card wasn't working. Just basic food items bread and bologna and such. $30 was most of what I had in cash. I knew my card would work
Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.
